Suzy sells the majority of her own listings and 95 percent of her business is personal and business referral. Last year she ranked 17 out of 1340 Realtors in Spokane. The Spokane Real Estate Board has honored her for her sales achievements with the Spokane MLS Platinum Award.

Suzy takes a hands-on, individual approach to serving her clients. She saves clients time by taking them out in the car to visit prospective properties instead of leaving them on their own to discover properties that may interest them. Suzy's role is to educate her clients on the value of the property so that they can make informed decisions. Likewise, she educates them on the important criteria necessary to protect their investment in land, such as a building permit requirement, surveys, wells, onsite septic, gas, land regulations and future planning. Where building sites are concerned this diligence is critical. Is the site actually buildable? Taking the owner's word is not enough. The buyer must know and that's where Suzy comes in. Totally protecting the interests of each of her clients is Suzy's foremost goal.

A Spokane native, Suzy shares her working 400-acre horse farm with her two children and a variety of animals. She's active in the Spokane Polo Club, Spokane Ski Racing Association, Women Helping Women, and enjoys the great outdoor life of the Inland Northwest. She has had the privilege of serving the real estate needs of companies and institutions such as Washington State University, Whitworth College, Morning Star Boys Ranch, Northwest Heart Clinics, Copeland Design and Contruction and many others.
