Jim moved to Spokane in the early 1970s due to the beautiful area and the friendly people. He has chosen to develop a broad influence in the Community since he began in Financial Service and Real Estate in late 1978. He enjoys helping people make good decisions with the resources he has available in his 26 years of experience in investments and real estate brokerage. Jim’s creative thinking allows him to “think out of the box” when working and planning with clients to develop and accomplish their goals. He is a great resource in solving financial or business problems. His years in developing Residential Sub Divisions with new construction in middle and upper end, has allowed him to deal well with people at or near retirement and he has developments that fit these people’s needs.

Happily married for 28 years to his beloved Donna a home maker, they have two children and two grandchildren. Their son, Dustin is a recent graduate of Whitworth College in Spokane and currently works along side Jim at Windemere North Wall. Jim loves the outdoors and enjoys photography.

Jim is a member of Faith Bible Church and has volunteered for many years on the School Board at Northwest Christian School. He currently sits as Vice Chairman on Northwest Christian School’s Foundation.
