I was born into the real estate world; and I love it! As a third generation realtor I have learned from the best. My Grandparents opened real estate firms and construction operations in the early 1900’s. My father continued his fathers business until merging with Windermere Real Estate. My Mother is Seattle’s top Real Estate Agent and recently was named one of the nations top 20 agents by Wall Street Journal. I am very proud of my family.

I was licensed in the 1980’s. I have enjoyed an exciting real estate career that has provided many great experiences. I started in Seattle and came to Spokane for 6 months in 1994 to help open a real estate company. Now I have a wife, 2 children and a dog, and would never leave this wonderful area. I specialize in new construction and enjoy and excel in the new home process from ground breaking to your finished custom home. I have personally had experience facilitating over 1000 new homes.

My team includes a marketing director, licensed buyers agent and transaction coordinator to help insure a smooth process. I have been awarded a “top Ten” agent award by the Spokane association of Realtors for sales success out of 1500-2700 agents yearly since 1996.
