Having been raised in Spokane, I am very familiar with our great city as well as the exciting real estate market. I am passionate about this industry and have been an agent since 1993. I love people and feel fortunate to be working in a city that has a never ending inventory of incredible, affordable, homes with interesting architecture, great neighborhoods and schools.

I take pride in working with clients, preparing listings, customizing advertising and marketing the sales of their residential properties. I also enjoy working with buyers in finding just the right properties for their individual needs. Having good relationships with my affiliates in the lending, title companies as well as inspection, appraisal, closing agents and attorneys help bring transactions from inception to sucessful sale and closing. I continue to enjoy successfully negotiating many contracts over the years.
